Status Apparel DC FAQs
We offer exchanges as store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is received, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount and can be used toward a different size or any item on our site.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.

"Online Exclusive" items are made-to-order just for you and are only available online. These won't be at our in-person events. By choosing these items, you help us reduce waste. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment and shipping. Once shipped, you'll get an email with tracking info. Delivery may take up to 10 business days from your order date. Thanks for your support!
