SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days of your order. You will receive an email once your order is completed and out for delivery, along with tracking information. Some items may be shipped the next business day.

International orders are delivered within 6-10 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final, except in cases of factory defects.  
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at StatusApparelDC@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Refunds are only provided for orders that contain incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to your order, please contact us at StatusApparelDC@gmail.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we’ll work to resolve it.

For reference, defective items are defined as new products containing an embroidery, DTG/screen print, or manufacturing defect upon receipt. Defective items are only eligible for exchange if they are returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with no body odor or fragrance.
