SHIPPING POLICY

At Status Apparel DC, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shopping experience by prioritizing timely delivery.

 

Processing Times​

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • Some items may be shipped the next business day, depending on availability and order volume..

Domestic Shipping​

  • Standard Ground Advantage Shipping: $8.25 flat rate (estimated delivery in 1–5 business days).

  • Priority Shipping: $10.25 flat rate (faster delivery option available).

International Shipping

  • International orders are delivered within 6–10 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Additional Shipping Notes​

  • During high-demand restocking periods or holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Once orders are shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.​

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier (USPS). We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages. If there is a delay, loss, or any delivery exception, it will be your responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Status Apparel DC, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Please review our updated return and exchange policy:

Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the form of store credit within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Simply return your item, and once received, you'll be issued store credit for the purchase amount. Use your credit to order a different size or any other item from our site.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

All Sales Are Final
Returns are not accepted unless the item has a factory defect or was damaged during shipping.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at StatusApparelDC@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the item(s) and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds
