There’s something special about walking through campus as a student. Whether it’s the energy of Liacouras Walk, the iconic bell tower in the distance, or those late nights in studio at Tyler, the experience stays with you.
As a proud Temple University alum and founder of Status Apparel DC, I wanted to create something that captured that feeling—a collection that goes beyond the basics, rooted in pride, culture, and lived experience.
I wanted to create my own version of Temple gear—something that reflected my journey, captured the energy of campus life, and repped TU with boldness and meaning.
That sparked the idea behind our first piece, the “SG Established” TU Owls Premium Crew. It’s a heavyweight, premium cotton crewneck embroidered with Temple-inspired iconography and Status details. Every thread was chosen intentionally—to embody strength, pride, and legacy.
But that was just the beginning.
The response was so real that we expanded the collection to include more gear that reflects that same spirit:
The TU Owls Premium Striped Jersey – A clean, athletic-inspired piece with a sharp edge
Our Embroidered Patches – Designed to personalize your fit and carry the Temple story everywhere
The “Status” Striped Socks – Everyday pieces with bold, collegiate energy
And more to come...
This collection is for the students still creating their stories and the alumni who carry those memories with them every day. It’s for the ones who want to wear something that speaks louder—gear that feels powerful, purposeful, and distinctly Temple.
The University-Inspired Collection is available now in limited quantities. Check it out and let us know which piece speaks to your journey. We’re just getting started.
