The photograph featured on the SG Origins Established Hoodie dates back to a college party during our founder’s early years at Temple University. In that moment, he and a friend were leading a crowd in singing one of the popular songs of the time. The energy was contagious, the atmosphere was electric, and everyone was sharing in the experience.

That photograph was later edited and transformed into the first graphic ever printed on a Status Apparel DC garment, back when the brand was known as “Got Status? Clothing.”

Looking back, the image represents more than a memorable college experience. It captures the spirit of what Status Apparel DC has always stood for: shared energy, community, bringing people together, and the power of positive influence.

The SG Origins Established Hoodie honors that original moment, the journey since, and the foundation of a brand built on the belief that Status is Influence. Positive Influence.
