The Holiday season is upon us, and in the spirit of giving, Status Apparel DC, the HUES, and Starving Artist Supply have partnered up for the Do Good By Your People Winter Drive. The event will take place Saturday, January 7th, 2017 from 2 to 7 PM at Dynamic Health and Wellness, located at 402 H St NE, WASHINGTON, DC 20002. All items will be donated to the Central Union Mission Shoeboxes for the Homeless Program. The purpose of the drive is to collect items for "Fresh Start" Boxes which will be filled with the basic necessities any individual would need.
Most of us are getting excited to spend time with family and indulging in our grandma's classic recipes, but remember that it is better to give than to receive. There are people who will wake up Christmas morning knowing that nothing is waiting for them, so if you have the means to help others, we ask that you join us on this endeavor and take action.

Other items that can be donated include new or gently used winter coats, hoodies, gloves, hats, scarves, blankets, and sleeping bags. As well as new underwear, and thermals. Come out and give back for a good cause!
